This independent creative agency has asked Fill exclusively to look for two agency-experienced Account Managers.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work on fully integrated campaigns (including DRTV) for some of the world’s best-known charities and cause-related clients.
You will also work on print (including direct marketing), digital and social campaigns.
The agency
The agency is around 25 strong with a proactive, hands-on approach, a great culture and a growing reputation for excellence.
The Account Manager roles
- You will work exclusively on a number of the agency’s key charity clients
- A brilliant mix of channels including DRTV, digital and direct mail plus a wide range of strategic projects
- You don’t need a full-on fundraising background, but any relevant experience would give you a big advantage
- A passion and desire to work on charity / fundraising campaigns is absolutely essential

- Agency background
- Integrated experience with direct marketing / direct mail a definite plus
- A curious, ambitious, confident self-starter
- A multi-tasking, team player
- Confident communication skills
- An excellent relationship-builder with clients and colleagues
- A belief in the power of creative to move people
Work from home policy
The agency has a hybrid model. Wednesdays and Thursdays are currently spent together in its Central London office, and on top of that you can spend as much time in the agency and at home as you like.
Salary and benefits
Up to £40k, depending on skills and experience.
