Before establishing Fill Recruitment in 2003, Jonathan spent 12 years with a range of marcoms agencies in London, notably as Group Account Director and Board Director with HHM (now Karmarama). Jonathan recruits for all roles at every level but specialises in account handling and client services for integrated, direct and digital-led agencies. Not only is he one of the most energetic and committed consultants in London, he is also a respected industry leader.
After seven years in book publishing, it seemed like a natural step for Lisa to move into the world of creative recruitment. She has found her niche working with only the best planners and strategists in Ad Land. Lisa recruits planners from mid-weight through to senior, director and consultant level, working with brand, advertising, digital, data, direct, experiential and shopper agencies. Honesty, passion and dedication are what make Lisa tick.
Emily is well into her second decade of agency recruitment and comes highly recommended by some of the biggest names in the business. Working in tandem with Jonathan on account handling roles, she uses every ounce of her agency experience to create the perfect match between candidate and client. Listens with a capital 'L'.
Rachel has more than a decade of account handling experience with stellar digital, CRM and integrated agencies in the UK and abroad. Having worked at independent and networked shops, including several years of freelance, she understands agency culture inside-out. Rachel's experience, dedication and empathy equate to a great instinct for successfully matching client and candidate.
Caroline is pretty darn good at getting things done. She can negotiate contracts, adopt new software, scrutinise balance sheets, spot typos and keep countless other plates spinning without breaking sweat. In a nutshell our Ops Director ensures Fill's consultants are equipped to deliver the best possible service to clients and candidates alike.
Adam has spent the last 20-odd years in Agency Land, juggling account handling and production positions with equal dexterity. When he isn't sourcing the very best candidates for our clients, he can be found spreading the gospel according to Fill Recruitment across our social media platforms.
