This fully integrated agency needs no introduction. It has consistently been one of London’s finest since launching 20 years ago.

With a well-earned reputation for challenging not following, it embraces everything from social media or launch campaigns to DM and web build.

Due to account growth the agency is looking for two new Account Directors. One AD will work on a huge UK brand that gets masses of TV exposure and the other will work on an FMCG giant and a top-tier charity.

The Account Director Role

Each Account Director will be committed to making a positive contribution to the agency to ensure they deliver motivating, insightful strategies and powerful creative ideas that are excitingly and professionally implemented.

You will report into a Business Director and have the support of a Managing Partner and wider account team - SAMs, AMs and AE.

The accounts

Role 1 The first Account Director will work on the agency’s flagship account which comes with a long legacy that has truly populated British culture. This shop is its lead creative agency and the team is at an exciting point. They have just launched a new brand platform, introduced a new character, launched new partnerships and ‘brand firsts’ are a regular event as they launch into spaces. This is an opportunity to work on an iconic brand where opportunities are huge to develop, learn and make work that you will be genuinely proud of.

Role 2 In this role you will look after two brilliant yet distinctive accounts – one a huge name in FMCG with a rich history of powerful brand-building campaigns. The other is a much-loved charity account that has hugely benefited from the agency’s exceptional creative work.

Role requirements

  • To lead the brand group
  • To take responsibility for delivery
  • To take responsibility for the agency’s relationship with the client on a day-to-day basis
  • To drive the development of the relationship from advertising supplier to marketing and business partner
  • To make considered and persuasive strategic and creative recommendations
  • To deepen and further the client relationship to assure long-term client retention
  • To maximise growth potential
  • To produce a fantastic end product
  • To play an active and successful role in new business

Experience required

  • At least four years' agency experience
  • A deep understanding of integrated communications strategies including significant TV campaign experience
  • A solid understanding of process from concept to production
  • Understanding / expertise in some or all of the following: TV, radio, press, outdoor, digital, retail, data

Salary and benefits

The salary is up to £55k depending on experience and comes with a host of hard and soft benefits.
