Due to unprecedented growth and new business wins, one of London's best advertising agencies is looking to bring in two Account Directors – one for its biggest client and the other for a confectionery giant.
Both clients have sizeable marketing budgets and are looking to make some real cut-through in a crowded marketplace.
You will need traditional TV advertising and integrated skills to be considered for these roles. Any utilities or FMCG account experience may give you an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
The agency
Despite its reputation for advertising, this agency is properly integrated. Its work transcends the marketing mix with everything from social media and launch campaigns to DM and web build. These roles focus on ATL work, however – TV and digital.

The Account Director roles
This is a rare opportunity to join one of London’s leading advertising agencies.
ADs at the agency are encouraged to work with their account team as if it were their own mini agency and embrace the entrepreneurial atmosphere this engenders.
You will lead and motivate your team to deliver first-class account management, ensuring projects delivered are of a high standard, on time and on budget.
The accounts
Both accounts are fully integrated across all touch points with deliverables including TV, OOH, digital and social.
Skill set required
- TV and digital / social media experience
- A born multi-tasker with the ability to manage a team and spin many plates simultaneously
- A clear, confident and concise communicator in spoken and written form
- Keen to work closely with the agency’s planners and senior creatives to develop outstanding creative
Salary and benefits
The salary is up to £57k depending on experience and comes with a host of hard and soft benefits.
