Dynamic marketing agency with a growing live division seeks Staffing Manager or Executive with a passion for events and experiential.

The agency

This highly respected creative marketing agency has spent the last decade working with some of the biggest names in FMCG.

And with a wide range of festivals, bars, clubs and retail activations, its flourishing experiential division is going from strength to strength, adding up to a whopping 3000 days of live events each year.

Now the agency is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Staffing Manager or Executive to support its experiential team in managing the day-to-day operations of its in-house staffing agency.

The Staffing Manager / Staffing Executive role

This agency has a healthy database of events staff from all over the UK to represent its brand partners, whether it’s a roadshow, stunt, pop-up or mass sampling.

They are tried and tested, trained and vetted, with experience in bringing brand activations to life with a human touch.

The agency is looking for a super-organised multi-tasker to keep this lively ship afloat – a Staffing Manager or Executive with experience in the events, hospitality and experiential sectors and in recruiting for zero-hour contract roles.

Reporting to the agency’s Business Partner and part of a three-strong staffing team, the ideal candidate has a proactive, can-do attitude and first-class communication skills.

As the primary point of contact for all staff-related queries, you will be interviewing and hiring top talent, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for events, conducting site visits and creating comprehensive training sessions and briefings to make sure staff are well-prepared for their roles.

Strong IT skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) are required, while a full UK driving licence with access to your own car is preferred but not essential.

This role is based in the agency’s gorgeous Central London office two days per week, with three days from home.

Salary and benefits

To £35k depending on experience, with development opportunities and a great range of hard and soft benefits

Staffing Executives or Managers will solid experiential and events experience, please get in touch as soon as possible.
