Award-winning social-first creative agency seeks super-organised Senior Social Media Executive with a passion for putting brands front and centre.

The agency

This agile, 40-strong team of social mavens works with an impressive list of global brands in beauty, FMCG, food and drink, and consumer tech.

They have spent the last decade turning those brands into digital storytellers with exceptional content that cuts through the noise and creates results to match.

Now they are looking for a smart, enthusiastic Senior Social Media Executive with organisational superpowers to help manage and oversee the agency’s social output.

The Senior Social Media Executive opportunity

From managing your own calendars and helping in content creation, to building brand communities, this hugely varied creative and strategic role offers an exciting opportunity to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in from day one!

Working into the Associate Strategy Director, you’ll be leading in meetings and brainstorms, participating in hands-on shoots as brand guardian and working with multiple departments to ensure the agency is creating social-first work to be proud of.

Using your experience in working across organic social, you’ll also support the agency’s influencer output – from identification and selection to briefing and management.

You’ll have the chance to help advise and upskill the junior members of the Creative Strategy department, too.

Most importantly, as the voice of the client within the agency and the voice of the agency to the client, you will learn to uncover exactly what it is that makes those clients tick.

What’s required

• 3-4 years’ experience in an agency setting and a foundational understanding of social media marketing
• A passion for social and an understanding of digital and social platforms
• An obsession with discovering new niches, trends and personalities across every corner of the internet
• A proactive approach and excellent organisational skills
• Top-notch written and oral communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and juggle a number of projects simultaneously
• Great teamwork
• Keen attention to detail
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• And just as happy in front of the camera as you are behind it – this team loves a bit of reactive content!

Work from home policy 

Three fixed days each week in the agency's stylish, easily accessible offices in East London with Mondays and Fridays at home.

Salary and benefits

To £35k depending on experience, plus a good range of hard and soft benefits.
