Now the team is looking for a Senior Account Director with solid integrated and TV campaign experience for a maternity cover contract starting in January.
You will be working on the agency’s most strategic and creative pieces of business and the account that offers the greatest breadth and opportunity of any in the agency.
The work for this client touches every part of the agency’s capability, including CX, UX-UI, retail, social, performance (media / effectiveness), DR and brand advertising.
The work is incredibly varied. The agency crafts their marketing strategy and plans, advises them on what propositions to market, solves big meaty business challenges, writes their brand strategy and of course creatively delivers campaigns fully through-the-line.
In terms of the comms, they produce a mix of pure ‘Brand’, ‘Choose’ (compelling reasons to choose the product) and ‘Buy’.
There’s creative ambition on both sides to produce outstanding, award-winning work regardless of the brief; and the agency delivers on that consistently.
The Senior Account Director role
You would be responsible for overseeing multiple campaigns across just about every channel: TV, DRTV, OOH, print, social, retail, digital (HPTOs / banners), radio, experiential, owned channels etc.
You'll be thinking about the entire customer journey end-to-end (not just the advertising) and see the work you produce everywhere. You will work alongside a performance team who help distil and inspire the work too. As a senior member of the team, you'll need to be comfortable with results and making sure your campaign is working.
Salary and benefits
The salary is up to £70k depending on experience and comes with a host of hard and soft benefits.
