CRM Manager (12-Month Contract) – Client Side – To £50k Pro Rata – London, Bristol or Glasgow / Hybrid

This energy big hitter is looking for a talented CRM Manager on a 12-month contract to look after its direct mail campaigns around the subject of sustainability and zero carbon living.

There is the possibility of the role becoming permanent after 12 months if it suits both sides.

To be considered, you will need at least four years’ CRM experience gained within an integrated agency, CRM agency or on the client side.

Applications from Account Directors, Junior Account Directors or Senior Account Managers are very welcome.

The position is loosely hybrid: you can work from home most of the time with, on average, 1 or 2 two days of face-to-face meetings every 4 weeks.

These can be held in your choice of London, Bristol or Glasgow and can be fully expensed.

This is a wonderful opportunity to add some invaluable client-side experience to your CV.

The ideal candidate

You will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of CRM campaigns, specifically email and direct mail, around the topic of zero carbon living.

The agency is looking for candidates who are as comfortable with execution as they are with strategy

You will be responsible for the strategic development and end to end execution of CRM campaigns, specifically email and direct mail.

You thrive on a challenge and are willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in – a real team player with can-do attitude.

You will need …

  • At least 4 years’ CRM experience gained from either the agency or client side. Ideally within Utilities or transferrable skills from a similar regulated environment
  • Proven experience of CRM and development of marketing plans
  • Experience in CRM strategy and the execution of email and direct mail campaigns
  • Proficient in forecasting of campaigns and developing business cases for proposed strategies
  • Ability to develop data-driven customer contact strategies

Salary and benefits

To £50k pro rata (with possibly a tiny bit of flex) with great benefits and generous annual leave.
