This fully integrated agency needs no introduction. It has consistently been one of London’s finest since launching 20 years ago.

Due to significant account growth, the agency is now looking for an Account Director to work on two accounts. One is a food company with some huge FMCG brands and the other an IT giant.

Working on these stellar accounts, you'll get the opportunity to make brilliant work.

The agency

Despite its ad agency status this agency is properly integrated. Its work transcends the marketing mix – everything from social media or launch campaigns to DM and web build.

The accounts

Both big-budget clients, you will front up brand-led work and help deliver integrated campaigns including TV.

Helping to drive creative excellence, you will work very closely with a Business Director, Senior Account Managers and Account Managers in a creative-led environment.

The Account Director role

The agency is looking for a strategic Account Director with a strong creative eye. You enjoy working with brand teams, marketing leaders, creatives and planners.

Ambitious and a natural leader, you have experience working on ATL (including TV) and other integrated channels. Work runs across TV, press, radio, OOH, digital and social, with some experiential too.

As Account Director, you are committed to making a positive contribution to the agency to ensure you help deliver motivating, insightful strategies and powerful creative ideas that are excitingly and professionally implemented.

Experience required

  • At least four years’ agency experience
  • A deep understanding of integrated communications strategies including significant TV campaign experience
  • A solid understanding of process from concept to production
  • Truly integrated account handling with understanding / expertise in most or all of the following: TV, radio, press, outdoor and digital

Salary and benefits

The salary is up to £57k depending on experience and comes with a host of hard and soft benefits.
