Strategy Director – Independent Strategic Creative Agency – To £70k
Exceptional strategic creative agency with a raft of fabulous purpose-led brands and clients seeks Strategy Director with food and drink experience to join its fast-growing team.
This flourishing, out-of-town agency is really going places. Just three years old and already 25 strong, it delivers outstanding strategic and creative work for a host of exciting ethical brands, particularly in the food and drink sector.
With a focus on communication, digital, design, film and innovation, the team’s mission is to drive positive change and spark a better future.
Now they are looking for a new strategic lead with a similar ethos to join their growing team.
Based near Tunbridge Wells in Kent, the agency is just 35 minutes by train from London Bridge.
The Strategy Director role
The agency is looking for a super-talented Strategy Director – either an established or newly promoted SD or a Senior Strategist seeking the next step – to work across the agency’s full range of accounts.
This stellar cast of clients have one thing in common – they try to do the right thing. From craft gin makers to multinational food companies, they all have an ethical focus and want to drive positive change.
You will be a smart, considered thinker with an appetite for growth who can inspire creative and ignite credible brand stories.
You should have strategic experience within the food and drink sector, including brand architecture and positioning, comms and digital marketing strategy, and campaign development.
The role involves line managing two incredibly talented strategists - a midweight and a junior - and will be office based for two days per week.
To £70k depending on experience plus a good range of hard and soft benefits.
