Senior Account Manager / Senior Project Manager (Sustainability) – Creative Agency – To £44k

Fast-growing strategic creative agency specialising in climate, environment and sustainability seeks smart Senior Account Manager / Senior Project Manager to work on a range of fascinating accounts.

An interest in sustainability and climate change is essential for this extremely rare opportunity, and experience in this sector would be a huge bonus but isn’t essential.

The incoming Senior Account Manager / Senior Project Manager could be given a path to Account Director in the next 12 months depending on performance.

The agency

Launched in 2020 and punching well above their weight, the agency is the impressive green arm of the UK’s fastest growing marketing group which includes an award-winning advertising agency. There are 350 people all under one brand new roof in a buzzing part of Central London.

They have some great clients and a wide portfolio but only work with brands and businesses who want to create positive change in the world.

This small team of specialists produces creative campaigns, comms and strategies for NGOs, big brands and commercial businesses within the sphere of climate, environment and sustainability.

They also have access to resources and expertise within the group such as creative, media and PR.

The Senior Account Manager / Senior Project Manager role

In essence the position is a hybrid client-facing SAM / SPM role, with an emphasis on keeping on top of live projects and making sure they are implemented smoothly.

You will be the lead Project Manager / Producer within the team, managing internal resource, scheduling, client liaison, status calls and campaign production.

Campaigns are TTL and vary client by client. Deliverables include but aren’t limited to film, digital content (including YouTube), social assets, web builds, outdoor, press, experiential, branding and identity design.

The role offers a HUGE chance to grow, develop your career and move up the ladder. The incoming SAM / SPM could be given a path to Account Director in the next 12 months depending on performance.  

The role reports into a Business Director.

You

First and foremost, the agency is looking for an extremely safe pair of hands; a charismatic SAM / SPM who is a both proactive and a real team player.

You have a passion for – or ideally experience in – sustainability / environmental / climate change campaigns and can write and think clearly.

Salary and benefits

The salary is £40-44k depending on experience.
