Growing brands through consumer behaviours are what drives the work of this independent agency. They do this by tapping into relationships people have with brands, focusing on behaviours and using behavioural economics to develop content differently in brand, social and experiential communications. The agency works with some of the biggest brands in retail, FCMG, automotive and entertainment and is looking for a talented Senior Strategist to join their team delivering award-winning work.
You’ll be leading strategy across 2 key accounts in the alcohol and FMCG category, both are fast-paced accounts with many different workstreams, requiring an agile and organised Planner who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
With excellent analytical skills, you naturally distil the complex into key insights, developing clear strategic recommendations to inform great work. Collaborative and keen to learn you’re up to date with the latest goings on in the industry and in the world of neuromarketing. You enjoy presenting internally and externally and are capable of building relationships with clients.
- 6+ years’ experience working in a strategic role
Understanding of and passion for behavioural economics and neuromarketing and communications
Integrated channel experience (ATL & BTL)
Experience of pitching, managing and championing mid- to long-term research projects
Experienced in managing relationships with clients.
A track record in scoping, research proposal development, internal sell-in, management and analysis of research
Responsibility for incremental growth on an account

There is an excellent package and remuneration at this agency, from £55k - £65k, depending on experience.
