We are working with a fabulous independent creative agency based in the heart of Shoreditch to find them their next shining star in planning!
This agency is passionate about delivering creative and effective solutions to solve its clients business problems and work spans TV, outdoor, DOOH, Social Media, through to promotions and PR. The agency partners with some big names in entertainment, tech, charity and finance.
The agency will consider those looking for a 4-day week.
Reporting into the partners, the Senior Planner will lead on all brand and comms planning activity across all accounts. At the same time, you'll help the agency build its strategic offering and grow a team around you. You’ll be working across an integrated portfolio of clients. The work you’ll undertake ranges from helping brands define their strategic positioning, to developing integrated campaigns and advising on social or influencer strategies.
- Strategic ownership of key clients
- Turning creative ideas into effective multi-channel campaigns
- Developing the planning skills of junior planners and social strategist
- Bringing rigour and insight to the strategic process
- Keep up-to-date with trends and developments in the industry
- Contribute to agency growth through pitching and new business
- Identify growth opportunities with current clients
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A proven track record in brand and comms planning gained in an agency environment
- Confident unpicking a client brief
- Able to simplify the complex
- Turning key insights in strategic pro
- A track record in delivering integrated campaigns
- Able to justify your opinions yet take constructive feedback to shape an idea
- A creative, you are able to inspire those around you
- Able to mentor junior team members and get the best out of people
