Senior Account Executive / Account Manager (Remote First) – Independent B2B Agency – To £40k
Award-winning global B2B agency seeks Senior Account Executive or Account Manager after winning a staggering 15 new clients.
SAEs looking to step up to AM level are also very welcome to apply.
The agency
This exceptional independent agency has a ‘remote first’ model but also offices in London, the North, West and Midlands so you can work from home or in one of their office locations whenever you wish.
The 46-strong agency are known for ‘cutting through the noise’ to create simply powerful B2B marketing campaigns that ignite conversations and drive good business.
As a full-service agency they house their own Strategists, Digital Designers, Studio Manager, Web Developers, Market Research and Copywriters.
The SAE / Account Manager role
The ideal candidate is an agency-experienced Senior Account Exec or Account Manager with B2B experience. If you don’t have a track record in B2B, pharma, telecoms or financial services experience from the agency side would be a perfect substitute.
Client-side candidates from a tech company would definitely be considered too.
Key deliverables
Campaigns are integrated and include but aren’t limited to product launches, web builds / updates, film / video, motion graphics, internal comms and events.
Work from home policy
Although a ‘remote first’ agency, you can work at any of their numerous office locations whenever you wish. The team tends to converge for monthly get togethers or important meetings.
Usual office hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm, but they can be flexed to suit you. A true work-life balance is on offer here.
An all-agency get-together takes place twice a year in February and September.
Salary and benefits
The salary is up to £40k and 100% dependent on experience. It comes with 25 days’ holiday plus a three-day Christmas shutdown. Holidays rise to 30 days per year plus the Christmas break depending on tenure.
