New Business Executive – Design Agency – London or Bristol – To £35k

Internationally renowned experience design consultancy seeks talented New Business Executive.

The agency is ‘remote first’ but has offices in both Central London and Central Bristol. You can opt to work primarily from home (or in the office) choosing either location as your base, as long as you can reach it for occasional key meetings and workshops.

The New Business Executive role

The New Business Executive will assist in executing the agency’s marketing and sales strategy by helping to create and deliver a new business plan to support growth targets.

You will take responsibility for nurturing leads generated by the marketing team and work closely with the New Business Director to create sales collateral that matches the needs of potential clients. 

This role is responsible for helping to generate sales meetings and maximising the opportunities from the agency’s day-to-day marketing activity, directly contributing towards their sales and growth.

You will follow leads, build relationships with qualified prospects, coordinate the lead nurturing process and keep on top of market trends through desk research.


You’ll need to be an excellent communicator, who gets to grip with the agency’s business inside and out, monitors competitors and industry changes and confidently comes up with innovative ways to excite prospects during the sales process, focused on helping them to overcome their business challenges.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Nurturing and developing leads that are generated by the agency’s marketing team
  • Support on proposal and / or pitch planning as an opportunity progresses
  • Social media curation: Use the agency’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter etc), alongside the marketing team, to start conversations, network, forge relationships and make new connections
  • Sales collateral creation: With support from the marketing team, write content and create innovative ideas for content to be used in proposals, campaigns and other sales aids in order to generate conversations with new leads that convert!
  • Monitoring performance and measurement: Providing data analysis to monitor performance and help the marketing and client services team to make good decisions based on insight

In addition, you will arrange meetings and conversations with leads taking a consultative sales approach.
