MIDWEIGHT ART DIRECTOR – B2B AGENCY – CENTRAL LONDON – TO £40K
We are seeking a talented conceptual midweight Art Director with design skills for one of London’s leading B2B marketing agencies.

Based in a stunning part of Central London, this award-winning boutique B2B marketing agency is going places – and quickly. Working with some of the world’s biggest and best brands, it is adept at making the complicated simple by delivering fully integrated campaigns, content marketing strategies and brand repositioning.
The Art Director role
As a midweight Art Director, you will be delivering exceptional creative work with full responsible for the creation and development of advertising ideas, with a particular focus on their visual appearance. Concepts should include the use of posters and print advertisements, film (concept / launch), websites and digital content, direct mailings and social content.
A strategic thinker with a curious, inquisitive mind, you will be required to get under the skin of very complex propositions and be able to produce conceptual creative solutions and campaigns to overcome a myriad of business challenges. The ability to roll your sleeves up and work as part of a team is essential, but you will on occasion be expected to work on your own or with other members of the creative team.
Ideally, you’ll have 2-3 years' creative agency experience and a proven track record in B2B design. You should also demonstrate dedication to projects and owning briefs, taking them from conception through to creative solution and hands-on execution. You’ll have an innate ability to visualise your thinking clearly with scamps, visual designing and be able to present your ideas to the client and become actively involved in evolving the concept with the client and internally within the agency.
