Marketing Manager – Charity – North London – To £40k
Successful charity seeks passionate, proactive Marketing Manager to grow brand awareness and drive revenue.
Charity experience is beneficial but not essential.
This long-established UK-based charity works tirelessly on behalf of the impoverished parts of Southern Israel and their little-publicised problems.
They help the disadvantaged – the very young and old, sick, disabled and poor – of the region by transforming its deserts into the new beating heart of the country. They improve education, training, health, culture and the environment. They build schools and hospitals, provide youth projects, attract high-tech industry, and in turn provide humanitarian support to more than 1,000 communities.
An environmental trailblazer, the charity has also planted over 240 million trees, built 210 reservoirs and dams, developed over 250,000 acres of land and created more than 1,000 parks.
The Marketing Manager role
Having recently celebrated its centenary, the charity is looking for an organised, experienced Marketing Manager to project manage multichannel marketing campaigns and help increase awareness of its work.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role will involve project managing and executing, creating and copywriting for direct and indirect marketing and social media campaigns including direct marketing, PR, print production of fundraising and events material and advertising; as well assisting in the development of content and deliverables for a new website.
Charity experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates with relevant, transferable skills and experience who want to contribute and be part of a dynamic and growing organisation are welcome to apply.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, ideally with some management experience
- Proven successful experience of managing direct marketing campaigns
- Understanding of and experience in digital marketing and social media communications
- Excellent project management skills
- Top-notch copywriting and proofreading abilities
- Creative thinking
Salary and benefits
This role carries a salary of up to £40k depending on experience with exceptionally generous annual leave and early finishes every Friday.
