Junior Designer – Independent Creative Agency – Kent / Hybrid – To £25k

Outstanding creative agency with a raft of fabulous clients seeks super talented Junior Designer for its fast-growing team.

This agency drives positive change for people and planet by delivering outstanding branding and advertising for a host of global and local ethical brands, particularly in the food and drink sector.

Now they are looking for a hungry, ambitious Junior Designer with great potential to join their growing team.

Based near Tunbridge Wells in South-West Kent, the agency is just 30 miles from London.

The Junior Designer role

The agency has a stellar cast of clients that have one thing in common – they all try to do the right thing. From craft gin makers to multinational food companies, they are purpose led and put the planet first.

In this key role, the new Junior Designer will be working on projects right across the agency and will be its go-to person for brilliant design and creative support across print, web, social media and even packaging design.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about design with 1-2 years’ industry experience (either in house or agency side) and a talent for teamwork.

What’s required

• An art or design degree
• Typography kerning and layout skills
• The ability to craft beautiful logos and polished advertising visuals
• A strong portfolio including key visuals and asset creation for consumer brands
• Enthusiasm, pragmatism and a can-do attitude
• A car – the office is quite rural!

Work from home policy

This role is office based three days per week with two days from home.

Salary

£22-25k depending on experience plus a good range of hard and soft benefits and a fabulous agency culture.
