This customer engagement agency is looking for two CRM Managers to dedicate their time to its longest-standing client – one of the world’s energy big hitters.
This is a 12-month contract where you will be employed by the agency but embedded into the client’s CRM team, so effectively you will be on secondment where you will gain invaluable client-side experience.
To be considered, you need three years’ CRM experience gained within a CRM agency or on the client side.
The roles are hybrid, and you can be located in London, Glasgow or Bristol to qualify. Meeting attendance in these locations can be expensed.
The agency
Twenty-strong and 10 years young, this customer engagement agency has recently been acquired by a highly regarded collective of UK creative agencies.
The agency has just onboarded a very senior Business Director who has worked at some stellar agencies including RAPP and VCCP.
One of the agency’s USPs is the way it works with psychologists to understand not just what people do but why they do it.
The CRM Manager roles
You will work on a client that has a very solid nine-year relationship with the agency.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of CRM campaigns, specifically email and direct mail.
The agency is looking for two candidates who thrive on a challenge and are willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in – real team players with a can-do attitude.
Experience required
- At least three years’ CRM experience from either the agency or client side – ideally within Utilities or transferable skills from a similar regulated environment
- Proven experience on CRM and development of marketing plans
- Experience in execution of email and direct mail campaigns
- Proficient in forecasting of campaigns and developing business cases for proposed strategies
- Ability to develop data-driven customer contact strategies
Work from home policy
This is a hybrid role, working from home for the majority of the time, but requiring 1-2 days of face-to-face meetings every three weeks, either in London, Bristol or Glasgow, with the client’s CRM team.
The agency is happy to consider candidates in either London, Bristol or Glasgow on the basis that you are happy to travel for meetings (all expenses paid!).
The good bits
Salary is c£45k – possibly a little flex to £47k with great benefits and generous annual leave.
