Global experiential agency seeks Experience Creative Director with a passion for making an impact.
The agency
One of the biggest experiential marketing agencies in the UK and part of the biggest experiential network in the world, this ambitious shop specialises in creating unique moments, memories and anecdotes.
And with 2022 set to be the year of the experiential agency, they are looking for an inventive new Experience Creative Director who can drive their clients’ post-pandemic business forward like never before.
Based in a stunning riverside location in South-West London, the agency offers flexible / hybrid working and a friendly, supportive culture.
The Experience Creative Director role
An experiential agency background isn’t essential for this role. The agency is looking for someone who is full of big, brilliant, creative and random ideas with the rigour to develop them into anything from campaign and communication platforms and concepts to events, stunts and product experiences.
The right candidate will have a track record of creating impact ‘in real life’. You have developed ideas that drive word of mouth, publicity and shared experiences: in person, online and in culture.
Trendspotting and innovation are second nature, as is creating ground-breaking channel-agnostic brand and campaign ideas.
You could be either an established Creative Director or an Associate CD / Senior Creative looking to step up.
The essentials
- A track record of leading / conceiving experiential ideas that have generated media coverage, content creation and social sharing
- A proactive, inspiring creative leader with experience of mentoring / training
- A sharp, creative and impactful copywriter
- A charismatic and concise presenter
- Marcomms or ATL agency experience
- A cross-department collaborator and natural networker
- A good judge and recruiter of talent
- A quick and flexible thinker
The nice-to-haves
- A complementary skill set – for example, digital (websites, apps), retail or CRM
- A range of industry experience (automotive and FMCG most of all, but also more broadly within sport, entertainment, apparel, technology, healthcare and more)
