Award-winning branding and design agency with fabulous luxury client portfolio seeks an exceptional Creative Director to help steer its growing team.
The agency
This independent design agency takes luxury branding to another level.
Working with an envy-inducing range of premium names in beauty, FMCG and alcohol, its 23-strong team combines aspiration and sustainability to breathtaking effect.
Based in a buzzing part of Central London, the agency specialises in brand strategy and identity, full campaigns, cultural collaborations and packaging design that expertly minimises its ecological impact.
They create powerful stories, beautifully told across brand strategy, identity design, 2D & 3D packaging design and visual merchandise, spaces and comms.
Now the agency is looking for an experienced Creative Director with an inherent eye for beauty and detail to join its flourishing studio.
The Creative Director role
This well-established agency is looking for a second experienced Creative Director with an eye for beauty and a passion for luxury branding.
You will lead and mentor a team of designers and collaborate with account teams and clients to develop and execute comms and concepts, ensuring that all work produced meets the highest standards of creativity and effectiveness. Additionally, you will stay current with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to the development of new and innovative ideas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong design agency background, as well as a deep understanding of the creative process. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a given, as is the ability to manage the creative budget and resources effectively.
You will be responsible for elevating the agency’s creative and design, spotting opportunities for braver work, and constantly pushing for creative excellence.
This is a newly created role due to business wins and volume of work.
The ideal candidate has…
- At least seven years’ experience in a busy design studio
- Experience of global premium spirit alcohol brands
- A passion for big ideas and small details
- Extensive luxury branding and packaging experience
- An interest in sustainability
- A love affair with the latest trends and tech
- A diverse portfolio full of luxurious, award-winning work
- A positive, collaborative approach
- A combination of restless curiosity and calmness under pressure
- An exceptional eye for detail
Work from home policy
The team is studio based three days per week and works from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary and benefits
