Account Manager (CRM) – Stunning Boutique Agency – Central London - To £42k

Small but perfectly formed, this 20-strong agency has been punching above its weight since launching 10 years ago.

It already has a host of longstanding client relationships. Now, due to unprecedented growth and another new win, the agency is seeking a talented Account Manager with DM / CRM skills to join its growing business.

Temp-to-perm and straight-to-permanent options are available.

The agency

The agency is part of a larger collective of 20 agencies so has the mentality of a start-up but the very solid backing of an established marketing group.

This is a true ‘challenger agency’ looking to take on the CRM establishment. Quite simply it helps brands create and keep customers. Its point of difference is that it works with psychologists to understand not just what people do but why they do it.

The agency has just onboarded a very senior Business Director who has worked at some of London’s finest agencies including RAPP and VCCP.

The Account Manager role

Reporting into an established Account Director, this newly created role has come about due to an increase in projects with existing clients AND a new business win.

The clients

Client 1 This brand-new win lets you in on the ground floor of an account with masses of opportunity to shape it your own way.

Client 2 The agency has had this client on a retainer for more than nine years and so far never missed a deadline!

Key experience required

• DM / CRM experience
• Strong creative eye and great attention to detail
• Financial services experience is ideal but not essential

Work from home policy

Refreshingly grown-up and trusting! The team is office-based (London W1) at least one day per week.
