Account Manager (Gaming) – Independent Creative Agency – Central London – to £45k
Fast-growing, digitally led, independent Central London creative agency seeks an Account Manager to work on two key client accounts - one in the gaming category and one in the NFT space.
You will help deliver marketing strategies, influencer activations and creative outputs for game launches and a global NFT platform in collaboration with a world-famous comic book publisher.
The agency
Based in EC1, this award-winning creative agency is already 50 strong and growing rapidly. Now they are looking for some new faces to join the party.

They are specialists in content and brand activations, crafting highly engaging brand experiences that live anywhere from social media and the metaverse, through to out of home and in retail.
Their team are a fun and collaborative bunch, a vibrant mix of highly talented creatives, strategists, data scientists, broadcast production specialists and of course our client services colleagues, keeping everything on track and ensuring their clients are getting what they need.
The Account Manager role
This role involves managing the operations of two key client accounts - one in the gaming category and one in the NFT space, delivering marketing strategies, influencer activations and creative outputs for game launches and a global NFT platform in collaboration with a world-renowned comic book publisher.
You will manage all aspects of the project and work with various team members across different disciplines, while ensuring effective use of the internal agency resources.
Requirements
- Ability to lead innovation and creativity (with support of internal creative / strategy teams)
- An interest in gaming, NFT or comic book culture
- Experience of running / overseeing marketing projects with a similar scope
- Experience of leading the client relationship across large projects or campaigns
- Ideally 2+ years’ similar experience (Account Manager / Account Exec / Marketing Manager / Project Manager etc)
- Experience in wider marketing, specifically working within social would be extremely beneficial
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ambitious and driven with a desire to elevate your accounts above and beyond their expectations
- Proactive, take-charge attitude
- Demonstrated capacity for independent initiative
- Ability to be completely autonomous where required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently
Salary and benefits
To £45k depending on experience, plus a wide range of benefits including early finish during summer months (June – August), flexible working hours with 3 days in office and 2 work from home days a week, regular office parties, monthly free lunches, and free drinks on a Friday!
