Senior Account Manager – Boutique B2B Agency – Central London – To £45k + bonus

This stunning boutique B2B strategic marketing agency is London’s best kept secret.

Based in a beautiful part of Central London, they are now seeking a talented Senior Account Manager with an integrated skill set and the drive and enthusiasm to work on some impressive B2B accounts.

This role is strategically led which will provide a perfect platform for rapid promotion to Account Director level.

The agency

This strategic marketing agency is going places – and quickly. Working with some of the world’s biggest and best brands, it specialises in delivering fully integrated campaigns, content marketing strategies and brand repositioning for a fascinating mix of clients across tech, engineering and sports.

With a 20-strong permanent team, they have an ambitious, growth mind set and are shooting to be 25 people by the end of the year.

The Senior Account Manager role

You will report into an experienced Account Director and help deliver a wide range of 360 marketing including leadership campaigns, product launch campaigns, lead generation campaigns (digital advertising, social media, landing pages, films, animations, sales toolkits, emails), etc.

The role offers you the chance to:

  • Be a big part of the team and take on a high level of responsibility
  • Flex your strategic muscles to help develop creative, insight-led campaigns
  • Work closely with all key agency functions (research and planning, senior management and studio) and external suppliers
  • Develop and grow client relationships
  • Develop strategically for a fast track to AD

Experience required

The ideal skill set includes some or all of the following: (collateral) production, press advertising, digital marketing, content creation (including film), direct marketing, social media, video and design.

The ambition to deliver in a truly strategic environment, however, is a must!

B2B experience is also essential, as is a genuine desire to work with some great B2B names.

Work from home policy

This is 100% flexible! You can opt to be in the office as little as once a fortnight or you can come in every day. It’s entirely your choice.


The salary you will be offered is entirely based on experience (up to £45k). It also comes with a discretionary bonus and some great benefits too.
