Account Director – Leading London Agency – To £50k + benefits
Award-winning agency in Central London is looking to hire a talented Account Director with strong CRM and digital experience.
This customer engagement specialist agency connects brands and consumers in innovative and memorable ways. Networked across 25 countries, it delivers global campaigns for some of the biggest names in the world.
The agency enjoys a friendly, collaborative relationship with its client, a leading telco brand.
It is focused on growing and retaining its client’s loyal customer base and establishing a recently launched network as a key player within the industry.
The Account Director role
Reporting to a Group Account Director, the Account Director will provide daily support to the team and act as the main point of contact for the client. This is a fast-paced environment and needs someone who can adapt swiftly.
You will enjoy the strategic side of the role and work alongside the planning team to validate the strategy and sell this into the client to influence outcomes and generate new work streams.
- Strong CRM and digital experience essential – strong understanding of data strategy and implementation
- Experience in managing and developing individuals / teams
- Well-versed in handling end-to-end campaigns
- A background in telco would be an advantage
- Passionate, innovative and creative
- Ability to read a room and adapt accordingly
