Account Director (Creative Agency) – Central London – To £60k
Digitally led, independent creative agency seeks entrepreneurial Account Director to work on its largest (FMCG) account.
This fascinating role heavily involves producing entertaining and engaging mid-to-long form video content. You will collaborate with creators across music, gaming, fashion, motorsports, art and travel, so a passion for and understanding of best-in-class YouTube content is key.
The agency is ready to hire TODAY so this role begins as soon as possible but the agency is also willing to wait for the right candidate.

The account and Account Director role
The agency is looking for an entrepreneurial Account Director to work on global and local campaigns at the forefront of digital culture for its biggest client, an FMCG giant. The ideal candidate will be immersed in, and have a passion for, content-led digital marketing.
The agency requires an Account Director who is strategically minded with good experience of working alongside planning to craft stakeholder sell-in decks with watertight strategic arguments.
There will be a heavy focus on producing entertaining and engaging mid-to-long form video content, collaborating with creators across music, gaming, fashion, motorsports, art and travel. A passion for and understanding of best-in-class YouTube content is key, with a natural curiosity to get under the skin of a range of fandoms. The work also covers media and brand partnerships, experiential events, esports tournaments, podcasts and other social channels such as Instagram.
Everything the agency produces is rooted in data-informed insight. Whilst you won’t be crunching the numbers (they have a team for that), the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the power of data and be able to communicate methodology and insights to clients in a way that’s easily understood. This can also stretch upstream to include product and category innovation and research.
You are a self-starter who can proactively drive projects forward and navigate unstructured briefs with a ‘can-do’ attitude, problem solving along the way. You are comfortable working with ambiguity, jumping off from what we know and finding out the rest along the way.
The role comes with loads of headroom and autonomy, but you’ll also need to be willing to roll-up your sleeves and get stuck in, looking where you can most add value. A track record of account management basics is essential – commercial rigour, project planning, good process, attention to detail and meticulous organisation, combined with an ability to present with gravitas and the softer people skills needed to liaise with some very senior and proficient clients.
Salary and start date
To £60k starting ASAP, but the agency is also willing to wait for the right candidate.
