Account Director – Leading Experiences Agency – West London – Flexible Working - To £58k
Specialising in partner programmes, content, experiential and live events, this 30-strong agency is one of London’s best kept secrets. And they are growing fast, averaging one new team member a month.
Due to a huge increase in retained client work, they are seeking an ambitious Account Director to work on a sports-focused gaming client and a huge broadcaster.
The agency’s client list is impressively expansive and crosses multiple markets including gaming, automotive and tech, among others.

The agency creates global experiences that engage, programmes that transform and content that excites. This includes events and roadshows, video and webinars, TTL advertising, digital platforms, websites and apps, AR / VR, CRM, partner / reseller programmes, training, incentives and communications. And a lot more besides.
The first is a huge broadcaster that has recently branched into retail. The agency undertakes all of its retail marketing – translating its ATL messaging through retail, devising innovative in-store displays, experiential campaigns, gaming, video screen imagery, microsites and OOH.
The second is a video game publisher that manages some of the most creative premium sports brands in gaming today including basketball and golf. The agency produces Influencer boxes for the client – you will devise the content and source and deliver the overall package.
The Account Director role
You will report into a Business Director and have a Senior Account Executive to support you in delivering campaigns for these two stellar clients.
You will play a pivotal role in the creation, strategy and their delivery. The agency are all very hands-on and get the job done to impressive standards.
You have a minimum of six months working at Account Director level. You bring creative flair and are great at managing stakeholders and providing positive solutions. You have a track record in excellent delivery and the ability to dive under the data, understand the trends and recommend the right action.
It will be in your hands to implement the solution and keep control of a fast-moving series of deliverables in an ever-changing environment. You will also look to seek out new opportunities and upsell current services.
Skills and experience required
- Agency experience – preferably in technology / retail but this isn’t essential
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders of all levels
