Exceptional, award-winning global B2B agency seeks an Account Director following unprecedented growth and the onboarding of an impressive 15 new clients.

The agency is remote first: you can either work entirely from home or combine that with visits to one of its five UK office locations in London, the North, West and the Midlands. The choice is yours.

The hours are flexible too – a genuine work-life balance is on offer with this extremely rare opportunity.

The agency

This 40-strong agency is known for cutting through the noise to create simply powerful B2B marketing campaigns that ignite conversations and drive good business.

As a full-service agency it houses its own Strategists, Digital Designers, Studio Manager, Web Developers, Market Research and Copywriters.

The Account Director role

Ideally the agency requires an agency-experienced Account Director with a strong record in B2B. Client-side candidates from a tech company, eg Fujitsu, Samsung, would also be considered.

You will work on a range of accounts from the tech sector including fintech, edtech, cloud-based solutions, software, cyber security and telecoms.

Campaigns are integrated and include product launches, web builds / updates, film / video, motion graphics, internal comms and events.

There are currently two client teams – you will head up one of them. Team meet-ups / important client meetings take place occasionally for which your travel can be expensed.

Team size

You will manage two SAMs, an AM and an AE.

Salary and benefits

The salary is 100% dependent on experience and up to around £60k. In addition, a bonus of around 10% of annual salary is paid each January (so a package of c£66k per annum).

In addition, there are 25 days’ holiday plus a three-day Christmas / New Year shutdown. Holidays rise to 30 days per year (plus the Christmas / New Year shutdown) depending on tenure.
