Award-winning creative brand experience agency seeks strong Account Director with a passion for health and beauty.
This independent brand experience agency has spent the last two decades creating people-centred experiences for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
Based just outside London in Berkshire, its 170-strong team uses a whip-smart blend of retail, experiential, social media and influencer marketing and sampling to inspire trust, loyalty and brand awareness.
These principles are applied throughout the customer journey, in-store, out of home, at home and online, to build and maintain meaningful relationships between brand and audience.
Now these award-winning industry leaders are looking for a strong Account Director to drive the relationship with one of their key clients, a household name in health and beauty.
The Account Director role
This is a rare opportunity to become a trusted advisor to a health and beauty client with incredible reach.
Reporting to a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for developing innovative tactical and strategic solutions that support the successful delivery of their campaign goals, including but not limited to experiential, events and sampling.
You will also mentor Campaign Managers within the team and collaborate closely with the agency’s creative, finance, talent and production departments so exceptional stakeholder management experience is essential.
- Four years in a similar agency environment working with FMCG, retail, food or health and beauty brands
- Good understanding of managing large-scale integrated campaigns involving design, production, logistics, print, staffing and events
- Exceptional client services experience and the ability to build strategic working relationships
- A proven track record in developing business growth in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen
- Comprehensive project and time management skills with high level of attention to detail
Work from home policy
The agency operates a hybrid model with three office-based days per week and two from home.
Its offices are just 30-40 minutes from Paddington by train or Tube with a free shuttle bus from the station and free parking.
You will also be required to travel to the client’s offices, just 15 minutes from London Bridge, for weekly meetings. However, if this location is more convenient, you are welcome to spend the majority of your time there, rather than at the agency’s offices.
Salary and benefits
To £55k plus bonus and excellent benefits.
