2 x Account Directors – Global Networked Agency – Central London – £40-£50k
This iconic agency needs no introduction. Due to unprecedented growth, it is seeking two Account Directors, one with specialist digital / social experience and the other with an integrated skill set.Account Directors with a large London advertising agency background are preferred and any experience of working on government, charity or not-for-profit accounts would give you an advantage.
French or Spanish language skills would be the icing on the cake, but this is by no means essential. A passion for travel is also welcome.

The two Account Director roles
The agency is looking for a Digital / Social Account Director and an Integrated Account Director to start work as soon as possible within one of its specialist divisions, Africa.
In the Digital Account Director role, you will be managing a multi-layered program across Africa. This will involve long-term, reactive and short-term activity. You will manage a number of accounts, research, strategy, creative, production and media-led projects. Heavily influenced by digital, web and data, this role would suit an Account Director with a digital / social background.
There is a large team and a complex program to manage, so leadership skills and the ability to bring a team together is essential. Direct reports include 3 x AMs and 2 x AEs. A willingness to travel to Africa in 2021 is mandatory.
In the Integrated Account Director role, you will be managing a multi-layered program with three lines of activity – a long-term program in addition to reactive and short-term activity. You will manage a range of accounts, research, strategy, creative, production and media across four countries, so strong leadership skills plus the ability to bring a team together is essential. Direct reports include an AM and AE. A willingness to travel to Africa in 2021 is mandatory.
You will probably have a large London advertising agency background. Any experience of working on government, charity or not-for-profit accounts would give you an advantage. A passion for travel also would be welcomed. French or Spanish language skills would be the icing on the cake.
Salary and benefits
The salary for each role is £40-50k depending on experience and comes with a host of additional hard and soft benefits.
