Office working / work from home
You will be required to be in the office two days a week. The other 3 days can be remote.
The SAM role
For this role, experience in CRM and loyalty marketing is required. The key comms channels are email, DM and apps.
To qualify you must be able to work at pace and manage multiple projects at a time. The client is a retailer which can mean short, sharp turnarounds and occasional last-minute changes.
You also need meticulous attention to detail and an ability to work well with deadlines and process.
Not afraid to challenge client briefs, you are a strong but approachable SAM who is able to successfully manage internal and external relationships effectively, always remaining professional.
Finally, a track record in line management would be great as you will manage an AM and an AE.
The Account Director role
The agency is seeking a hands-on Account Director who is happy on occasion to manage their own projects to support the team. Predominantly though you will be managing a team beneath you comprising 2 x SAMs, 3 x AMs and an AE.
The agency specialises in customer engagement, so you must be able to demonstrate this as a core competency with experience in leveraging data and insight into journey mapping, channel and touchpoint optimisation and creation of full brand experiences both on and offline.
Skills in organic client growth are also required as is familiarity with online channels (digital, display, native advertising, social media, etc as well as strong CRM / email) and data planning / management.

Salary is negotiable based on experience (c£39k for the SAM role and c£50k for the AD) but there is flexibility with both roles as they don’t want to rule out anyone purely based on not fitting in the salary band, so if you are currently earning more than this you WILL be considered.
The salaries come with 38 days holiday including your birthday, bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown, and some other excellent hard and soft benefits.
